Eric Silverman, President/CEO and founding partner of Eric Robert Associates, Inc. and Eric Robert Staffing Solutions, LLC has over 20 years of experience in IT Staffing. Starting off his career at Source EDP, a large national search firm, Eric took his entrepreneurial spirit and formed Eric Robert Associates in 1990. During his tenure as head of relationship building at the firm, Eric has personally helped hundreds of companies from Fortune 100 firms to small industry startups identify, attract and capture the best IT talent to help drive their businesses. As a professional career coach and industry trainer, Eric has also guided the careers of thousands of IT professionals including CIOs, CTOs, Directors, Project Managers, Developers, etc. Eric Silverman is an active member of the NACCB, National Association of Computer Consulting Businesses, the industry's number one authority on ethics, integrity and best practices for the IT Staffing Industry. Eric holds a BA in Accounting in 1979 from CUNY of New York at Queens College.

Robert Midoneck, President/COO and founding partner of the Eric Robert family of companies, has spent the past 30 years in IT Sales, Recruiting and Application Development. Robert has been dedicated to the IT Staffing industry, in both the Contract Staffing and Permanent Staffing arenas for the last 22 years. Starting as a recruiter at Source EDP in Edison, NJ and then moving to their NYC office, Robert was responsible for the recruiting and placements of hundreds of today’s IT leaders. Upon leaving there in 1990, he and Eric Silverman joined forces and founded Eric Robert Associates. As Chief Operating Officer, Robert oversees the company’s operations and holds primary responsibility for Eric Robert’s corporate strategy. He is also responsible for strategic recruiting, workflow processes and the company's technology infrastructure. In the latter role, he directs the research and development of tools for internal recruiting, sales automation and business operations.

Robert is very active and holds several leadership positions in the TechServe Alliance (formerly NACCB), a collaboration of IT services firms, clients, consultants and suppliers dedicated to advancing excellence and ethics within the IT services industry.  These leadership positions include those of national executive committee member, and Vice President of the of the New York/New Jersey/Connecticut chapter.  Previous professional experience included technical software/ development and sales positions at ADP, MAI Basic Four, and Unisys Corporations. Robert holds a BS in Accounting from the State University of New York at Albany.

Andrea Hirsch joined Eric Robert Associates in 1999 as the Director of Technology Staffing. As a business research and staffing solutions professional, Andrea has contributed to technology talent management within major corporations and business enterprises. She has successfully conducted search assignments in the financial services, manufacturing, consumer products and entertainment industries.   Andrea holds a BA in Psychology from Boston University where she graduated cum laude.

Joanna Povlas, Manager of Talent Acquisition, has more than 9 years of experience in technical recruiting, consultant management, and vendor/contract management.  She came to Eric Robert Associates/Eric Robert Staffing after successful stops as a recruiting manager at Celerity Technology Services and prior to that Modis.  Joanna has recruited top-level candidates for clients in financial services, manufacturing consumer products, and media and government sectors.  She works closely with both clients and candidates alike, to understand their needs, and identify the technical, business and interpersonal skills required for successful execution of the project.  By applying her experience and knowledge, Joanna utilizes her vast network of consultants to find the right resource for every project need.  Joanna holds a BBA in Accounting from Baruch College.

Evan Fogel joined Eric Robert Staffing and Eric Robert Associates, as a Talent Identification and Acquisition specialist in 2008, after a successful recruiting career with Infinity Consulting Services.  With an eye for identifying talent, he has staffed Information Technology contractors nationwide, in business sectors that include financial services, government, entertainment, and pharmaceutical.    Evan graduated from the City University of New York with a double major in Management and Finance.  There, he was a member of the CUNY Emerging Leaders Foundation and the President of Alpha Epsilon Pi fraternity, where he regularly gave motivational speeches to audiences of 1,000+ at national seminars. 

Patrice Nadel joined Eric Robert Associates in 2006 as a Business Development Manager, bringing to the company over 15 years of technology sales experience.  Her career which started in voice communications, progressed to systems integration, application development and network management (with IT consulting always being part of the service offerings).  Patrice’s renowned listening skills, exceptional relationship management and unfailing commitment to flawless execution have earner her “vendor-for-life status” with some of the New York Metropolitan area’s most discerning corporate clients.

Gail Myerson, Business Development Manager brings more than 15 years of experience in IT consulting to Eric Robert Associates. Prior to joining Eric Robert, Gail was Senior Account Manager for Strategic Staffing Solutions where she had local responsibility for their two largest financial clients and prior to that she held positions of Senior Account Executive at Celerity Technology Services, Origin Technology and Keane. Consistently in the top 2% of performers, she has developed a reputation, with clients and consultants alike, for her competence, her integrity and her “customer first” commitment. Moreover, her clients benefit from her ability to truly understand their needs and delivering the right solution.  Gail earned her undergraduate and graduate degrees in Cape Town, South Africa.
