As an IT Staffing Sales Rep you will be responsible for direct selling of top IT talent and solutions through a variety of channels to new and existing clients. Duties include:
- Uncovering and developing new accounts by using a variety of creative marketing processes.
- Prospecting, Researching, Warm Calling, Account Development and Account Management
- Coordinating the presentation of IT consultants through the interview and hiring sales cycle
- Prospecting to CIO, CFO, CTO, VP, Director, Project Managers and any other decision makers who has influence over the process
- Developing a clear understanding of business goals and challenges relative to your prospects and customers industry
- Becoming intimately familiar with client's strategic planning such as project plans, organizations charts, budgets, etc.
- Defining client requirements with management team and translating same to your highly experienced recruiting team
Utilizing your strong relationship building skills to call and visit clients creating added value via our highly personalized approach to staffing?
Requirements for success:
- 3+ years of previous successful sales experience in a business to business
- Experience selling to small, mid-size and Fortune 1000 corporations
- Passion for delivering positive, measurable results
- Internally motivated with self confidence and patience, and a strong desire to exceed expectations
- Must be a highly skilled ?hunter? and ?farmer?, and be highly motivated by a performance based compensation plan
- Highly organized and skilled in utilizing contact management software
We offer a competitive performance based plan consisting of a base salary plus commission paid monthly including residuals, benefits including 401K and profit sharing.
