IT Technical Recruiter

The ideal candidate will have a solid background in recruiting in the IT staffing industry. Working on requirements, both full time/contract, with direct clients is required. The ideal candidate will possess the following skills:

  • Minimum of 2-4 years recruiting experience in the IT field with a proven track record of working with direct clients/candidates
  • Strong skills in client and candidate relationship building
  • Experience with recruiting a diverse background of IT Professionals
  • Must be proficient using Word, Excel, and Outlook
  • Expertise with Internet and job sites sourcing methods preferred
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills along with the ability to work with minimal supervision
  • Experience with cold calling, networking and prospecting
  • A strong work ethic and attention to detail.
Highly motivated individuals with outgoing personalities who enjoy talking on the phone and helping people further their careers will succeed in this role. As a Technical Recruiter, your responsibilities will include:
  • Interviewing applicants through existing and new sources as needed
  • Utilizing electronic processes for recruiting and placement
  • Matching the skills of the candidates to the needs of our customers
  • Increasing existing business
  • Working with our clients to make the best placement/service decisions
  • Anticipating future needs.
